The principal water supply is from direct or indirect water courses from the main Z\u00eazere and Ocreza rivers.<\/p>\n<p>This provides the perfect setting for riverside beaches, where you can enjoy water activities in these water courses without harming the surrounding area.<\/p>\n<p>You have several activities at your disposal that you can enjoy during your stay here.<br \/>\nYou can roam the trails created by the flocks and shepherds by foot or bicycle, or you can enjoy Fr\u00f3ia&#8217;s river beach and its clear and clean water. This village is the ideal spot to rest and get your energy back, breathing the reinvigorating air of the mountain.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> <button class=\"expande\" class=\"expande\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#demo\"> <\/p>\n<h2> \tRIVER BEACHES  <\/h2>\n<p> <\/button><\/p>\n<div id=\"demo\" class=\"collapse\">\n<p class=\"style1 verde\"><strong>Fr\u00f3ia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00f3ia&#8217;s river beach is located 300m from the OLIVEIRAS village, so you can access it on foot, which makes for a lovely walk through the surrounds of the village.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style1 verde\"><strong>Malhadal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Located near Oleiros.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style1 verde\"><strong>Aldeia Ruiva <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Located near the Isna de S. Carlos.<br \/>\nBesides these three beaches we suggest, there are in the Alvito da Beira area, two more river beaches: the Couca (Cerejeiras) beach and the Alvito da Beira beach.\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p> <button class=\"expande\" class=\"expande\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#cavalos\"> <\/p>\n<h2> \tHORSE RIDDING  <\/h2>\n<p> <\/button><\/p>\n<div id=\"cavalos\" class=\"collapse\">\nA few kilometers from Oliveiras, in Fontainhas, it is possible to do horse riding or even pony rides. There are 3 horses and 1 pony available for the enchantment of kids and adults. Also, in Proen\u00e7a-a-Nova, there are several restaurants where you can savour typical regional meals, we highlight \u201cTasc\u00e1\u201d. In Figueira there is a typical restaurant that is worth a try.<br \/>\nInside each house we provide more information on the region&#8217;s restaurants.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p> <button class=\"expande\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#demo4\"> <\/p>\n<h2>   ENTERTAINMENT   <\/h2>\n<p> <\/button><\/p>\n<div id=\"demo4\" class=\"collapse\">\n<strong>  Bars \/ Discos  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The nearest spot is the Fr\u00f3ia&#8217;s river beach bar, which is within walking distance. In Sobreira Formosa you&#8217;ll also find coffee shops and bars and in Proen\u00e7a-a-Nova there are some nice spots that are open until later on in the night.
